Marketing Manager

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

•      Manage and coordinate marketing, advertising and promotional activities
•      Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products
•      Develops and designs print and online marketing collateral using graphic design software and web Content Management System
•      Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects
•      Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information
•      Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results
•      Deliver marketing activity within agreed budget
•      Liaison with media and advertising

Education and Experience

•      Business or marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualification
•      Experience in all aspects of developing and implementing B2B marketing strategies
•      Graphic design and website development skills (Adobe CS4)
•      Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
•      Knowledge of Typo3 or other CMS system is highly appreciated,
•      Proven experience in customer and market research
•      Relevant product and industry knowledge
•      Experience with relevant software applications

Software Engineer - GER

To support our team in Paderborn and/or Cologne we are looking for an experienced software developer.

For this demanding position you have a technical background and studied either Information, Mathenatics and/or Electrical Engineering and posess a minimum of 5 years professional experience.
You have a competent knowledge of object oriented programming with C/C++, Microsoft Visual C++; as well as a very good command of the English language both spoken and written is a strong advantage and rounds out your profile.
With us you can expect to work with international projects in the “Architainment” field, which requires a high degree of independent and responsible work habits. In our research and development department you will be engaged with elements of building automation in the fields of lighting and LED lighting technology. Be a part of our energetic and innovative development team.

Our profile requirements:

• Technical studuies (Electrical Engineering, Information, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics ior related studies.)
• Minimum 5 years professional experience
• Very good knowledge in object oriented programming with C/C++
• Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio as well as Microsoft Visual C++
• Sound knowledge of the MFC and the WIN32- API for the development of applications for Microsoft Windows XP/Vista
• Very good knowledge of GUI Programming (user interface and component software) for MS Windows
• Sound knowledge in Direct-X programming
• Knowledge of network programming
• Enthusiastic, creaticity and communications skills
• Good written and spoken German and English

Distribution Manager - EU/ME

We are looking for dynamic individuals to support and expand our international distribution network.

You will be based in our business centre in Cologne, Germany where you will be responsible for our existing distribution partners throughout Europe/ME as well as in contact with our oversea offices in NY/HK . You will be delivering presentations at client locations or trade shows about our products and current innovation in lighting and media control technology.
The successful applicant will have a well-founded knowledge of marketing and sales. Able to demonstrate practical experience in the fields of lighting and architainment technology, you are a natural communicator in professional settings with designers, planners and architects. Your familiarity with the DMX512 control protocol, computer programming/networks, and fluent English are considered an asset. An outgoing individual who likes to travel. Must have exceptional interpersonal, organizational and follow-up skills along with the ability to form and build relationships with clients and partners.
